Communications

  Registration for our events follow a paperless online process as a standard

  Email, website, and mobile app use for communications to share details about the event to the client and attendees

Food & Beverage

  Retrieve estimated headcount of attendees to optimize the quantites of food required and communicate numbers to catering in order to avoid unnecessary surpluses

  Aim to utilize local consumable food from surrounding community of the event

❏  Avoid bottled water, request tap/filtered water in large containers or pitchers

RECYCLE, REDUCE, REUSE

   In-office recylcing & compost programs

   Sourcing of eco-friendly decorations that are reusable

   Reuse signage across years and events by avoiding details that are event specific

TRANSPORTATION

    Managing air travel to coordinate arrival and departure times in order to book appropriate size transportation and minimize multiple shuttles for point to point transportation

    Arrange for direct flights to allow for more efficient air travel in terms of emissions and waste
